RLC Residences is on track for another successful year in 2024, having recently garnered several accolades from local and international award-giving organizations.
On the international front, two of RLC Residences’ pre-selling developments were among the country victors in the Asia Pacific leg of the International Property Awards held on May 31, 2024, in Bangkok, Thailand.
In the Apartment/Condominium Development category, Mantawi Residences in Mandaue City, Cebu, earned top marks for its premium offerings, strategic location, and extensive facilities. Meanwhile, Le Pont Residences in Bridgetowne East, Pasig City, received the Residential High-Rise Development citation and a coveted five-star rating thanks to its spacious units, exceptional multiple-floor amenities, and prime location within a master-planned destination estate.

In addition, RLC Residences was hailed as the Philippines' Developer of the Year at the Real Estate Asia Awards, a distinguished program that honors real estate projects and companies throughout Asia. The award-giving body cited the developer’s commitment to building beautiful, well-designed homes with features tailored to home seekers’ needs and lifestyles.

Here in the Philippines, two projects of RLC Residences received top honors at the FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards held on June 4, 2024, at the Manila Hotel. The Radiance Manila Bay, a two-tower development on Roxas Boulevard, was a Gold Winner in the Mixed-use Development category, while Galleria Residences in Cebu, a three-building property within the Robinsons Galleria Cebu mixed-use complex, won Gold in the Residential High-Rise category.
At the same ceremony, Lance Y. Gokongwei, Chairman, President, and CEO of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), was named the Prix d’Excellence Property Man of the Year in recognition of his strategic leadership and contribution to RLC’s continued success.
