With MallDash, customers can shop from multiple stores all in one go – whether it’s for groceries, clothing, electronics, or meals – and their orders will be consolidated and completed under a single delivery fee.
For MallDash orders made at one or two stores, Robinsons Malls guarantees that deliveries within a specified mall’s coverage area will be completed in just one hour. If it’s late, the delivery charge is waived. At present, Robinsons Manila, Robinsons Antipolo, Robinsons Las Piñas, and Robinsons Ilocos offer an 8-kilometer-radius coverage area, while Robinsons Magnolia has a slightly wider coverage radius of 10 kilometers.
MallDash also provides customers added flexibility, as they can place orders from one hour up to three days in advance and pick them up at a scheduled time, ensuring items are fresh and ready at the exact time they are needed.
With the user-friendly app, orders can even be placed outside regular mall hours and up to three days in advance. Deliveries are then scheduled at the most convenient available time selected on the app’s checkout page.
MallDash’s Pabili service, on the other hand, offers customers the utmost convenience. Those who are in a rush and don’t have the time to enter each of their orders one by one can simply snap and upload a photo of their shopping list and the MallDash personal shopper assigned to them will take care of the rest.
For customers’ security and peace of mind, there are a variety of payment options available, including debit/credit cards, mobile wallets, or cash on delivery. Through the app, orders can be tracked in real time, ensuring customers know exactly when to expect their items.
MallDash doesn’t require membership and there is no minimum spend for multi-store shopping. To enjoy the MallDash service, customers only have to pay a single delivery fee of Php50 (for standard orders) and a convenience fee of Php19.
