RLC Residences recently completed the structural phase of AmiSa Private Residences Tower D in Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan, Cebu, marking substantial progress toward providing homeowners with serene coastal living and panoramic sea views.

Launched in 2022, the 16-story Tower D will feature studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units designed to maximize natural light and ventilation, offering residents picturesque views of Magellan Bay, Olango Island, and Hilutungan Channel. Units will incorporate generous windows and glass balcony railings to enhance the coastal living experience.
