At the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2024, held on September 12 at Okada Manila, RLC Residences took home six major accolades, including the prestigious Developer of the Year award.
Among the standout achievements, The Residences at The Westin Manila in Ortigas Center took home the award for Best Condominium Architectural Design, praised for its blend of luxury and wellness-focused features. In Cebu, Mantawi Residences, the brand’s premium development in Mandaue launched last year, earned the title of Best Luxury Development. SYNC, a high-rise development in Pasig known for its future-ready amenities, was recognized as Best Smart Home Condominium, catering to the urban living needs of millennials. Le Pont Residences in Bridgetown Destination Estate also received recognition, winning the Best Sustainable Development award, further emphasizing RLC Residences' advocacy for green building practices. In addition, the company’s innovative digital solutions, including the myRLC Home app, earned a Special Recognition Award for Innovation, reflecting its forward-thinking approach to real estate development.

RLC Residences' major wins at the Dot Property Philippines Awards came just days after another impressive performance at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2024, held on September 6 at Shangri-La The Fort.
At that awards ceremony, Robinsons Land, the parent company of RLC Residences, was named Best Developer (Philippines) for the third consecutive year. It also claimed the title of Best Developer (Luzon), bolstering its reputation as one of the country's most trusted real estate developers.
RLC Residences played a significant role in helping Robinsons Land secure these top honors. Its premium development in Mandaluyong City, The Residences at The Westin Manila, earned three prestigious titles: Best Branded Residential Development, Best Wellness Residential Development, and Best Lifestyle Condo Development.
In addition to The Residences at The Westin Manila, other RLC Residences projects were recognized for their excellence.
